Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 21 days of the ship date. Items must have all original tags attached and be in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the pre-paid UPS return shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your merchandise in the original box, ensuring all tags are intact, and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund status, which is typically processed within 7-10 business days.
